Getting to Soldotna
Northern Horizons is based in Soldotna and takes work through the surrounding country: Funny River, Kalifornsky Beach Road, Ridgeway and the lots strung along the Sterling and Spur highways either side of town.
Out past the town limits the questions change. Lots are bigger, a lot of them are on well and septic, access can be a gravel road that softens in breakup, and a delivery is something you plan around rather than assume. That is normal work here, not an exception.
